Yes. As a result of the UK leaving the European Union, all customers within Europe must have a European Registration and Identification number in order for us to be able to ship orders to them. To avoid any delays, we recommend doing this at the earliest stage possible. We ship all our pieces on CFR terms through a well-known worldwide courier. CFR terms means that we pay for the pieces to be collected from us and delivered to the nearest port. The customer then takes responsibility for items clearing customs, along with any customs duties that need to be paid, and the onward journey to the client’s destination. Our couriers’ teams based in the various countries are on hand to help and guide you through the process so that it is not a daunting experience for clients. 

We can provide quotes for both sea and air freight although sea freight is by far the most cost-effective option and means that we can ship almost anywhere in the world without it costing an arm and a leg. Clients are also more than welcome to arrange their own transport and the team at British Spirals & Castings will assist in providing you critical information such as the packing list, weights, number of items and sizes.
