If you’re looking to achieve a truly one-off design, we are here to help. With decades of experience, our design and foundry teams can work with you to turn designs into a reality. We are able to create pattern moulds at our Staffordshire Foundry from drawings, images or existing samples to meet your requirements. These can either be cast in lightweight aluminium, or in cast iron at one of our partner British foundries.

Our Foundry

All our cast aluminium staircases begin their life at our foundry where they are cast using time honoured approaches. By using cast aluminium for our staircases, we can achieve an aesthetic virtually identical to cast iron but with finished pieces that are lighter and more resistant to corrosion.
