At British Spirals & Castings, our manufacturing process blends traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology to achieve outstanding results.

Working within our workshop and foundry, each staircase, railing, and balcony is expertly shaped and assembled with meticulous precision. By incorporating advanced techniques like 3D scanning, CAD design, and powder coating, we ensure that every project reflects our commitment to quality.

Every product that leaves our workshop is a true testament to British Spirals & Castings’ dedication to excellence and craftsmanship.

The Foundry

We are very proud to have our own non-ferrous foundry in Stoke-on-Trent, which has established a fine reputation for quality cast aluminium castings over the last five decades.

The Workshop

Our workshop is the centre of our operations at British Spirals & Castings. Housed in the picturesque beauty of the Peak District, it also features our showroom, the best place to see BS&C products first hand.

3D Scanning

On particularly challenging projects, we use a LiDAR camera to create a highly precise 3D render of your space.

CAD

To help you, we offer in-house 2D and 3D CAD facilities, to assist in visualising exactly how the staircase, balcony, gate or railing may look in your home, office or garden.

Powder Coating

We have the benefit of having our own powder coating facility. This means British Spirals & Castings staircases and balconies can be powder coated in any RAL colour.

Materials & Colours

Every piece we create is completely bespoke, which means there are lots of design options – particularly for materials and colours.
