Powder Coating

We use powder coating to provide a colour finish to our cast aluminium pieces. A dry powder, in your chosen colour, is blown on to the piece before it is moved into a kiln where it is baked on.  This provides a beautiful finish with no brush marks or discrepancies. You can watch the coating being applied in the video below. We can provide powder coated finishes for our Cast Aluminium pieces in any RAL colour.

Powder coating is not suitable for cast iron or wrought iron pieces. For these, we can work with specialist partners to provide high quality finishes, or supply them unfished allowing you or your installers to add a finish once the piece is installed.
